This high-end commercial building comprising three levels of commercial office and retail space over a two storey basement carpark.

The extremely tight site with surrounding commercial buildings right on the boundary required close collaboration with the architect and the contractor to develop a structural form and construction methodology that maximised the use of the site while enabling the safe and practical construction of a two-storey basement.
