A mixed used development including a five storey building and a four storey building, both with commercial space and car parking at ground level.

Cost savings were achieved through proactive early concept design input to establish an efficient building grid and geometry in conjunction with a range of other value engineering initiatives.  Some feedback from the client  – “Value Engineering is an area of particular strength for BCE, which has contributed to substantial cost savings in construction costs being achieved.”
