Andres completed his postgraduate studies in Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Seismology in Europe.  After a period of engineering consultancy work in Europe and Latin America he moved here to New Zealand.  Andres considers important the detailed, technical understanding of the behavior of a structure to undertake an analysis that balances accuracy and simplicity in order of developing efficient, quality solutions.  When he is not busy analyzing and designing structures you will find him warming up for the next football game.

Andrew completed a B.Eng in Civil Engineering Technology at Dublin Institute of Technology, he then furthered his education by studying B.Eng (Hons) in Civil Engineering with Management at the University of Aberdeen.  Andrew isn't afraid of hard work or getting his hands dirty and enjoys a challenge that gets the mind thinking.  Andrew is described as a cheeky chap who enjoys playing a prank or three, especially on his colleagues here in the office who often return to their desks to find something hidden from sight.  One of Andrews proudest moments is when he represented Ireland at U21 grade in a compromise rules game against Scotland.

Greg has 30 years drafting experience. Yes 30! Starting out drafting on a drawing board, before shifting onto AutoCAD and finally Revit (for the past 5 years). Still getting a buzz out of producing high quality documentation and trying to educate unruly young Engineers … as well as some Architects.  Partial to the occasional glass of red or good chardonnay and, time permitting, the odd weekend cycle ride or event. Around Taupo this year is the goal!

Jess has been with Blueprint since time began where she has become highly skilled in the art of herding Engineers and keeping the Blueprint ship on an even keel. Jess has a passion for REVIT modelling and design and under the guidance of gurus’ Greg & Rohan is well on her way to conquering the world of structural draughting. Having recently become the proud owner of a dilapidated 1940's bungalow, in her spare time Jess can generally be found somewhere up a ladder covered in paint, plaster, putty or all 3 of the aforementioned.

Being one who has always loved structures, designing and playing with Lego, Engineering was his best bet to do what he loves the most! His humble nature allows him to get things done efficiently and effectively and all with a massive smile at all times. Aside from his love for designing structures, you'll find him either hiking around the nation or asking questions about where to hike in other countries.

Ross likes to find solutions…probably why he decided to become an Engineer. Ross likes to get his teeth into the thick of every project to find and develop the best solutions. Ross has been with Blueprint for over two years since graduation and has a brilliant understanding of structures. He is a great asset on any project. With a background in the Military, Ross adds a different perspective to office politics. Ross is currently studying toward a Postgraduate Certificate in Engineering, with a view to adding depth to his technical knowledge. Ross is a keen motorcyclist and dreams of cruising through the rolling hills, flip-flopping from one corner to the next, testing the laws of physics.
